Are all rugs free shipping?
Yes, all rugs are free shipping for standard delivery. Expedited delivery is a paid delivery service. The specific shipping time and charges for standard and expedited delivery are below.
To which nations are deliveries available?
Our packages are shipped from our warehouses in the USA. Our products are only shipped to the United States(Please note that we do not ship to Palau, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, outlying islands, The United States Virgin Islands, ).
When shall my purchase be processed?
All transactions shall be expedited within a span of 1 working days. Should you possess any extraordinary circumstances or stipulations, do inform us.
Standard Shipping

Expedited Shipping
Shipping time: 1-3 working days.
Typically, American clients can anticipate a 3 - 5 business day timeframe, while international clientele may expect a 7 - 10 business day period. Please acknowledge that we possess no jurisdiction over the transportation process, as occasional postponements may arise from unforeseen contingencies.
US shipments may be delayed by 3-5 business days or more during high volume transactions, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.

During checkout, please confirm the legitimacy of your delivery address. We shall not be held accountable for any erroneous or undeliverable addresses. Should an order be returned due to an invalid address or unclaimed following the holding period, requests for shipping cost refunds shall be denied. For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
*If the package is rejected, 20% of the refund amount will be deducted as the shipping fee.
*If the product is returned for non-quality problems, such as item not fitting, didn't like the color/quality, changed mind, ordered wrong, bought elsewhere, etc., the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
*We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
*We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
*You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
How might I track my order?
Upon your order's dispatch, an electronic mail containing a tracking number to monitor your package shall be sent. Please be advised that it may take between 1 and 2 working days for tracking information to appear. Once collected, the package proceeds to the logistics hub where it is scanned, initiating the tracking status updates. It is not uncommon for a shipment to experience a lapse of over 24 hours without an update whilst in transit.

Please note that duties and taxes are not encompassed within the product price or shipping fees. This signifies that you may be required to remit the pertinent tax in accordance with your region's tax policy when settling the order invoice, or you may be obliged to pay duties and taxes upon order receipt.
